Lack-o-sun

No sunshine this week, so a night time shadow was in order.

Click Hey Harriet for more shadow shots.

On another note:
We've had black ice for the last few days.
Ice everywhere.
Walking is a trial.

  1. Excellent in their own right, not just a makeshift. Well done.

  2. Your light fixture looks very similar to the bordello chic you covered earlier this week - a step ahead of the trends, I see!

Your shadowy corner looks warm and inviting on a winter's eve.

  6. That corner shot is terrific! And it does look like it's been cold where you are with the mention of black ice and the image of those baby icicles on the patio cover.

  9. What a gorgeous shadow shot!! I love it! And it does look cold there! Hope you're staying warm! Artificial light is about the only light we've had in Seattle lately, pretty gray, but not as cold as it is there!!
Have a great weekend and stay warm!

So sorry to hear you have had no sun for a week.
"High Desert" somehow always made me think of eternal sunshine! Hope the sun's back out soon!
