Ten o'clock shadow

Bundled up for a 35 degree high desert winter hike.
Down coat, scarf, hat, ski gloves.

I refer to this as the Michelin Tire Man look...

  10. It's always good to do whatever necessary to keep warm. Interesting landscape there.

    It topped out at about 18 or 19 degrees here today.

  11. Cute! Hope you enjoyed your hike. Maybe it warmed you up. With all that gear you could just throw yourselves on the ground and roll your way along. I'm sure Trux would be amused by that :)
