Capital Gate vs. Leaning Tower

The recently built United Arab Emirates' Capital Gate building is claiming to be the building that leans the furthest in the world.

I still prefer the leaning tower of Pisa....

Hmmm. Doesn't that Capital Gate thing look like a giant cigarette lighter? So stark...and out of balance.
