Yes, I went on a hike this morning. I do this about once every 5 years...it makes me feel virtuous. (Trina: stop laughing)
After living here for 6 months, we finally went exploring. We hiked down the Deschutes River to Steelhead Falls. (Dave, Nancy & family: we found river access less than 2 miles from our house....sorry we didn't know this last summer when you were here slaving away for us and we needed to cool off!)
The canyon walls were extremely cool...and Mark spotted an eagle's nest. (click on last photo to see it) Fun morning.

Wow, you are an amazing photographer (is there anything you can't do girl? lol). That waterfall photo looks like a postcard. Sounds like a really fun day :)
