Blog Photopalooza, day seven

"I like trees because they seem more resigned to the way
they have to live than other things do." - Willa Cather

One of the many juniper trees on our property...and one of our favorites. The living tree practically wraps itself around the dead one.

A random photo a day for two weeks: a random bit of fun started by Wall Candy.

Tree hug! This is the coolest picture. Great job. It's very nice that you've such a tree on your property and very nice that you saw the beauty in these. :) I'm finding all kinds of neat blog decor as I go around due to Photopalooza. Thanks for the smile this morning. :D

Hi Desert Diva! I really love your pictures, and I think it's really cool how you manage to flow all the colors together in your blog and your shop. Great job, keep it up!
P.s. thanks for the support :")

I love trees too, I think its wonderful how they are constantly changing. Remember all the teapartys we had ?? Fun fun! I didn't know Silence of the Lambs was one of your favorite movies!!! Yikes that is scary!!!

That is an excellent quote & great photo to match. You're lucky to have such a beautiful tree in your own yard!

I frequent a blog where the question was posed if you had to choose either - being planted in only one place for the rest of your life (like a tree) or being able to visit anywhere in the world but the catch is you have to leave within 24 hours & can't go back for 3 years which would you choose?

Silence of the Lambs is a frightening movie, but it is one of the best in terms of acting...ever.
