Cicada fabric

My friend Michelle designs fabric. She has her own fabric line. Can you imagine? I recently purchased a piece of her Sand Dollar fabric for my guest bath.

I tacked it up to the window to see how it will look once I get around to actually making a window treatment. Isn't it divine?

are you kidding me? your house is also gorgeous from the sneak peeks I've seen! I love your idea of vintage find of the day - I may just have to steal the idea and the object of today as well - wonderful!

Very lovely! I've done some fabric designing, it is so amazing when it gets sent off for manufacturing and it just turns out to be hundred times nicer than you originally thought!

Your guest bath will now be complete! Can not wait to see your curtains when complete! Will Mark be creating a custom rod? You two are perfectly paired :) ♥

Just a side note btw...that is the EXACT fabric I needed to complete a tote the other day & abandoned because the perfect choice was not available. Going to her website right now. Thanks for sharing her!

Yes it is divine....reminiscent of coral. Coral motifs seem to be popular now, I'm seeing them everywhere...

I wonder if India Hicks started that trend?

I need a friend that designs fabrics. I am jealous. You have a husband that makes the coolest metal stuff in the world and you're an excellent interior and exterior designer and your friend makes fabric. Great pick, the sand dollar print is adorable. Is that your bathroom? Whatever room it is, it's super cool.
