Giveaway

I’m very excited to announce a blog giveaway celebrating (drum roll please) my 10,000 blog hit. Thank you to all my regular readers who leave comments, and hello to all the lurkers! You’re all welcome to enter the giveaway.

I’m going to send one lucky winner the Vintage hanky lavender sachet I made for the Charming Sam wedding favor contest in March. The sachet is adorned with a vintage costume jewelry pin and Merci ribbon.

To enter, all you have to do is go to my Etsy shop, look at the items in the shop sections, and then come back to the blog to leave a comment on which shop section you’d like to see more items in. That’s it!

Giveaway ends Wednesday, May 21st. I’ll randomly draw a name (be sure to leave contact information in the comment section) and I’ll announce a winner on May 22nd.

Good luck and thanks being a part of my day.

This giveaway is also being promoted on Win Crafty your online treasure map for handmade giveaways.

Congrats on the 10 000 hits! Awesome! & a celebratory giveway to boot. Woohoo!

Tricky question...I like the variety of sections you have & a little of everything is really cool. If I had to pick one, maybe 'repurposed'. Or 'oddites'. Ok, I broke the rules & suggested 2 sections. That means that you can now break the rules & put my name into the hat twice ;)

Ooooo Fabulous bench mark to be achieving. 10,000 is an amazing number of hits to have racked up.

I'm torn between to sections. One one hand I'm loving the re-purposed section but I think I'm going to plump for the reclaimed section because it gives me pleasure to see things that would otherwise have been thrown away given a second chance to be used and loved.

Yay! I love contests! OK I'm torn between two...is that OK? I like to look at the "Oddities" section, because you just never know what you'll find, as well as the "Ephemera, books" section, basically because I hoard books. :oD

I'm digging the metals section, myself. Love the old brass things you have.

Easy Peasy.... REPURPOSED!!! a.k.a. Diva's artwork!!! You need to put lots of your original assemblages on your Etsy site, Diva! Love what you create (love what you gather to sell, too) and your Etsy site always has fun and interesting things offered.

I think the salvaged items section could use more things. I love those and they're hard to find, especially online! Congrats, by the way for having so many readers!! I love your blog, you do a great job.

Ephemera, books, for sure. I collect old books. My favorite is "Manners and Success" from 1919.
