One of the wonderful things about blogging has been the opportunity to "meet" people from all over the world. One such person is M. Kate, from Malaysia, who writes the beautiful blog La Vie Est Belle, one of my favorites.
Blog comments are left back and forth, e-mails exchanged, the friendship grows. Yesterday I received this beautiful package in the mail, from the generous M. Kate.

A gorgeous photo book of Borneo, and a jade carving that is now hanging in my office.

The table runner feature Angkor Wat, one of the wonders of the world and my favourite.
And that book on Borneo is all about East Malaysia (I stay at the West and we are separated by the sea,only way to go is to fly), and also is a place I will visit this July, cant wait to go.

I totally agree, my computer has become my best friend, fulfilling every need by all the wonderful contacts I have made...the tears, the comradery, the inspirations and all of the great pet pictures. Can't wait to check out her blog.
