I'm reposting this image from last year in an attempt to spark some creativity.
I made this piece for the bathroom wall...needed something with a little dimension.
The base is from a cast iron lamp, the round piece is from a vintage vanity jar lid.
It fit the wall space (see it in the mirror's reflection?) and added the dimension I felt was lacking. Plus, I like it.

I love it! That's gorgeous *and* clever.
Beautiful! I am lacking creativity right now too. Ups and downs for creative types is a pretty difficult thing to manage huh? What are you looking to create, maybe I can be a muse of inspiration for someone else even if there is nothing there for myself :)
That is magnificent!! I love the rich browns paired with the gold walls.
Very nice and super creative as usual :)
that's gorgeous. i've got a different dilemma, ideas sans motivation-what are we gonna do, eh? you'll get through.
What a great use of found objects! Your bathroom is gorgeous--so opulent!
It's beautiful! I love the color...and the colors of your bath. Amazing sink/cabinet!
