Thunder and light

We've had a couple days of thunder, lightening and rain. But just look at the light!

That photo of the sun hitting the workshop is frameworthy.

I am longing for a good storm over here. These are wonderful shots you've taken!

Love the photos, especially the 2nd one. Guess the eye of the designer is close to the eye of the photographer.

Beautiful pictures! that's near your house?

The photos are our front yard and shop.

We don't have any pine trees here. They are all very old juniper trees. We don't get enough precipitation here for pine. Both Sisters (30 miles to the West) and Bend (30 miles South) have lots of pine. We mostly have juniper and sagebrush.

The 2nd photo almost looks like an oil painting!

Is it safe to assume then that it was dry for the festivities? Gorgeous pictures all around (& some early shadow shots too!)
