It's almost fall. Cooler temperatures mean warmer clothes. Found some vintage goodies (with the exception of the skirt which is new) that I'd wear if only the ladies from the 1940's had been my size....sigh.
Hey, thanks for checking out my book list! Just thought I'd let you know that a lot of them are Australian books - I'm not sure where you're from, but you might not be able to find them in your library :) I hope you do find something good to read anyways!
Oh, I know!!! There are several vintage shops I frequent with wonderful, wonderful old clothing...all so, so tiny. Oy. I have bought several hats and pieces of jewelry, though.
Yeah, well if they would've had McDonalds back then, they wouldn't have fit into those clothes either...the good ol' days...w/o the cheese please...cool stuff, love the earrings too.
Oh, autumn,my favourite season! Well, spring comes very close. Death and rebirth, you could say that I go to extremes, but then I AM an autumn sign.
Beautiful clothes which remind that I ought to pay a visit to the secondhand shop near my house. Every now and then I come across some really quirky but lovely clothes there.
I loooooooooooooove that skirt. For some reason, even though I hate hate hate winter, I really look forward to fall fashion and cardigans and warmy bundly clothes. I get to eat and get fat for winter, then hide under sweatshirts. Sad, I know.
I recently came back to blogland and I got lost today in your blog. I started reading away and got sidetracked by the visual DNA widget and forgot to come back and comment. You're an amazing woman!
You have pulled together a gorgeous outfit with the same seemingly effortless way you pull together a room design. Simply beautiful and truly perfect for fall!

Mmmm... red and brown. Nice combo. What a classy collection. I love vintage. I don't think those women had hips though.

My you'll be a looker in all these fine clothes. It feels like only yesterday it was 100 degrees.
