Look what I got!

I love getting the mail. I'm positive I'll be receiving a hand-written letter or note any day...really...it could happen.

Saturday's mail gathering was better though. Look at the surprise package I received from Michelle (aka Cicada Studio). Samples of her new fabric (nice having a friend who is a textile designer) and two of her new post-it note pads with her bird motif. Too cute.

Wonder what today's mail will bring...

Thanks Michelle!

Oh so pretty! I am always amazed by Michelle's work, I check out her shop often and wish my bank account could magically grow so I could begin buying her fabrics :) Lucky girl to receive so many lovely gifties from such a talented gal!

I have a rather odd relationship with my mail man. I'm always happy to see him, I wonder if he knows it's not him, but his packages! *giggle*

i went out in search of fabric today, and was very depressed to return home with nothing. the selection is just *blah* around here lately. however, just seeing your fabric samples has brightened my spirit.

now i feel like there is hope!

Is there such a thing as REAL mail these days? I'm with you though, I love mail. The anticipation, EVERYTHING! I think you scored with this package. What great goodies.
