I finally made it to a
Barn House sale. A day with friends, a drive in the country, a tour of the most charming farm house (ever!), a red barn, lots of antiques and chickens, too.

Dreamy. I want to go someday!
cool..never been to such place before..
looks wonderful, I can see why you love that birdhouse
: )
i just can't believe we missed one another! i was there at 7:30 to take photos although it ended up being too dark inside. but wowzers you did good with your captures! you got some good wide angel shots of the entry and that hutch. i also covet that bird house. did you buy anything? i didn't. i get too overwhelmed in a place like that. it is better for me if i just take pictures. i enjoy it even more that way. the boys looked adorable!
i hope another opportunity arises soon to see each other charmaine :)
That greeter looks very cocky, as in 'don't mess around with me'.
Greetings from London.
Robin,
I know! We decided we didn't want to fight the crowds at the beginning so we arrived a little later in the morning.
I bought a Victorian cast iron fireplace cover. I'll post pics when I have it placed in the house!
Looks like a cool sale! I love Joe and Jerome's vintage looks!
Sorry we missed each other at the sale. What time did you end up getting there? How was the rest of your visit in town? Fun?
What an eclectic shop. I can totally see why you want the birdhouse, very nice!
These two are having way too much fun, what a creative pair they are...I drool to see
'the barn', love their blog. Can't wait to see the piece you bought in house.
Why are you so far away...I notice you have leather gloves on...a bit nippy out...argh...
Oh how cool! And the hosts look like a fun couple :)
Oooh it looks wonderful, i like the greeter best of all though!
