I love mail

I ordered a 2009 calendar from The Silly Boo Dilly last week. I just received my order and it's wrapped as a present.

I love the sewing trim used as ribbon, the tag and the added charm (which may find itself worked into a piece of jewelry at some point).

The calendar is one that Victoria was asked to supply artwork for...this is her collage piece. The entire calendar is remarkable. You can see more images here.

Lovely title....

She also included this charming card....thanks so much!

Ah you are so much better than me...I tore into mine because I couldn't wait long enough to find my camera and snap pictures. It is lovely, from the pretty packaging to the gorgeous art and the sweet and charming card, isn't it?

I love it when sellers take such care even with their packaging, it says something about them, doesn't it? Unique and wonderful calendar.

How fun is that, to get it wrapped as a gift?! I must go check out her sight!

I love the care that she put into the package. It says so much, not just about her piece, but the respect she has for both the piece and her customer.

Pretty pretty! I'm with Rachel, I probably-well I almost always tear stuff open on the walk back from the mailbox. I never quite worked that out as a child!

How lovely! It's very you too.

I've been searching for a 2009 calendar, I don't want to wait until April til I buy one (like what I did this year). I haven't seen one that has completely caught my eye yet.

Beautiful wrapping for an awesome calendar.
"Best wishes for planet earth", love that, and the number 23 charm. Very thoughtfully designed and presented.
