I've been helping a friend price items for a sale...this Saturday, Oct. 11th
If you're in the greater Bend, Oregon area and are interested in attending, leave me a comment and a way to get in touch, and I'll send you the details.
There's lots of other treasures, too. Susan used to have an antique store, but she's getting out of the biz: dressers, iron beds, pillars, benches, tables, garden furniture, cupboards...wonderful leaded glass windows, project furniture....

Great looking things..I like old stuff too..but I think I got carried away with it..now it is off load time.
Ohh it looks worth a cross-country trip! Lots of fun finds. Have fun!
I love old stuff also.
love those hinges!
oh, what fun. I see some amazing treasures.
I love digging through piles of trinkets like that to uncover a special treasure. There is a wonderful store in Montclair that has aisles and aisles of things like this, and I could spend hours there!
Lots of yummy looking stuff here!
Why can I not live closer to you?! I want to go.
Btw, tag you're it. I tagged you, but you don't have to do if you don't want too.
I loved old things too - a wonderful time to daydream and think about the story behind them:)
Almost everytime I see an interesting blog with antique and collectables they are from your area. Great pictures.
Just another example of why Californians move to Oregon. I wish I could be at that sale. It's killing me.
Your blog is so lovely. Nice work.
Is there a white sideboard and hutch? I really need/want one of those.
If only I could justify the expense of airfare to a yard sale...Favorite Guy is just not that accomodating. I really like old stuff, and new stuff-just stuff...it's a weakness.
looks like its going to be a great sale, I love the little patterned tiles
: )
Those are lovely items! I too am having a sale this weekend. My mom is selling all of her vintage items from her old antique booth. It took us forever to get it out of her basement. We're also serving hot cocoa and chicken noodle soup due to the unsummer like weather.
I like the blue tea cup in the first picture.
All very nice items, especially those tiles they are really pretty :) I wish Susan mucho success this weekend!
these are great photos and man i wish i were there....
oh my..unfortunately i'm a little bit far from Oregon...(sigh)
looks amazing...I am still thinking of a way to come...I will keep you posted. xo
Hmm, to bad I won't be on the west coast this week.
Great stuff! Looks like it will be an amazing sale!

I don't know how you managed, I would have just bought everything! Or is there a large mountain of 'I'll take that' stuff you aren't showing us? ;)
It looks too good to be true! Wish I could be there.
great photos!
Oh man! I SO wish we could make it!! My dad is coming to town this weekend, and we're headed for the coast... *sigh*
Hope you have tons of fun!!
♥
Oh, I love to come! (a little far for me though, I'm in Australia!) I really love the photos you included of the 'old stuff'. I love 'old stuff' - it has such great promise, hidden stories and wonderfully yellowed/rusted/scratched appearance!
Wish I could go! I love sifting through old stuff! But I'm still in the process of de-stuffing, so I'm kind of glad that the sale is happening far far away :)
