These are beautiful! I love old postcards and have a ton of them from my family. It is interesting that I don't think people today send Thanksgiving cards or postcards anymore.

Ahhhh...the taste of a good ol' 'wild' turkey, nothin' like it. Used to have one every year as the 'X' would head out before dawn to sit under the ol' oak tree where 'Mr Lucky' was roosting, sure wish I had some of those feathers again.

Happy Thanksgiving friend!

They are a regal looking bird aren't they? It's 63 degrees in the valley...in AZ that is pretty much Christmas weather! I'm trying to get into the spirit...I'm trying.

I started out thinking 'look at the size of those turkeys', then got to the end picture where it changed to 'look at the size of that pumpkin'!

I love the third one, top to bottom. It looks so regal and so comical at the same time.

Greetings from London.

I found this a little sad. At least I'm not a turkey. That makes me happy!

The quote is great!

I hope you & your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day xo

I love that quote! It reminds me of one by Ben Franklin--"Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy."
