Why do we live in a trailer you ask? Original story here...
We bumped the kitchen out 3' and made a half wall to open up the space
We tore out the built-in hutch and replaced the window with French doors to add more light to the dark dining room
and I re-designed it with limited upper cabinets to feature
Mark's metal grape branch
My shots of the reverse side of the half wall

Stunning. It's like it's not even the same place. Nice work, Charmaine.
Beautiful before and after picture Charmaine, and REALLY inspiring..taking out the border wasnt as easy as i thought it would but slowly its coming off.
Wow!! I really like those red walls and ceiling in the bedroom! Classy.
*Bows head in shame* We haven't painted yet...there are frames without photos in them on my bedroom walls and several yards of textiles for window treatments yet to be designed...
What a transformation...won't you please come do my house now? :)
its great to see all these shots together, it shows just how much hard work you have done, your home looks amazing, like a totally different building
: )
You really had a visionary mind to be able to see the possibilities...I love before and after house shots. So bright and pretty!
What a lovely job you did on your home..Beautiful. Very welcoming..
Beautiful job! Your colour choices are perfect, and I love every piece of furniture you own!
Your talent amazes me every day. To see all of the before and after side by side like this blows me away. You have an amazing niche market already established -- redesigning trailers with eco-friendly alternatives :) Gorgeous!
this remodel is absolutely fascinating to me.
i'd love to have that bright, cheery room as an office.
very well done.
Thanks for showing us this before/after redo - it's like reading a home improvement magazine. You've done such a wonderful job making what looked stark and dark into a very warm, inviting home. Kudos to you!
Peace, Judi
Wow...
You should be so proud, Charmaine! What a gorgeous place to call home :)
That is absolutely amazing. When we were first married (mid 90's), we rented a double wide mobile home in the country. It was manufactured in the late seventies. I recognize some of the paneling and cabinetry on your before shots. It is so awesome to see the changes that can be made to a manufactured home from that era. Having in lived in one for several years, I can appreciate the differences....
Great Post!

Come do my house. It's so drab and sad and pathetic. :( waaahhhh.
You are an amazing talent, my friend. Seriously, you should be getting paid the big bucks to do this stuff.
You would never think it was the same house! An amazing change!
I am impressed! You've done soo much in a brief time, and it all looks fantastic.
Where'd you find all the light!?
Oh, and yes, I'll be cutting off some length and testing out shorter cuts in the process.
What a stunning difference - you did an amazing job! I especially love your master bath - those cabinets are just fantastic!
Wow! What a difference. Nicely done. It looks great!
Wow, wow, wow!!!! I cam ever from Time Worn Interiors. I can't believe what a difference.
Just came over to visit after you commented on my blog giveaway... Wow Charmaine, you're my hero! What an amazing transformation! It's all so very lovely. We too live in a small space (1800s log cabin; I'll be posting some pics on the blog soon), so I'm always excited to see how other people work with theirs. Who's the maker on the circular shower enclosure in your guest bath? I've been looking for something like that.
I just finally got a chance to look at these--wow--you are talented and can see potential!
How did you do the ceiling? It looks completely different and flat. I am looking to remodel our double wide and I just wanted to get an estimation of how much your entire project costs... please let me know. My email is joshcs1@gmail.com
