Dog walking shadows

It's already Sunday in Australia!

Trux casts competing shadows with the many juniper trees on a sunny, snowy, cold, 16 degree morning in the High Desert of Central Oregon.

Your photos are so pretty! and so appropriate to the season! and I am sooooo glad it isn't in my town! Snow and I don't get along well any more. But it is certainly Beautiful. The shadow of the dog is really amusing.

It's so odd to see snow & a bright blue sky. Odd for me anyways because I only see blue skies where I am. Lucky, as I don't think my dog would cope with walks in the snow! Trux & his shadows are very cute!

Look how beautiful it is with all of that snow! And Trux is so handsome!

I fell under the spell of your beautiful winter shots with the handsome Trux taking centre stage. Then I remembered the winters I spent in England and Canada, and decided that hot, humid Brisbane will do me just fine!

Have a wonderful Christmas.

Beautiful photos as usual. So you're having a white Christmas... Think of us in Australia sweltering in the heat eating baked dinners. Merry Christmas!

The lowly shepherd tends to his duties, you were so lucky to adopt such a dedicated beauty...I love his name, so perfect for your beautiful companion. I miss the days of romping in the mountain snows with my faithful Irish Setter, BooBoo and Blue Healer, Squiggy...those were the days!

so much snow! Isn't it funny, how when, the bluer the sky is, the colder the day seems.

Great shadows, today. Dogs never seem to mind the snow. Merry Christmas from California.

Love your snow shadows. That's something we can't do here in Brisbane. I hope to travel across the world and experience a white christmas one day :)

Wishing you a very happy and white Christmas!

We are on opposite sides of the country from one another yet our outdoors look exactly the same! We are supposed to get another 6 - 10" tomorrow! No fears of a white Christmas here or there!
