Lizard shadow

Mark bought a flat, laser cut metal lizard at a blacksmith conference. After heating it in the forge and hammering it, the lizard became dimensional and now casts a shadow.

Oh wow! That lizard is the cutest thing! I would so buy loads of those and just cover a whole tree in them!

That is one cool lizard!

It reminds me of the time, when I was living in Acapulco, Mexico and saw an Iguana climbing the wall outside my window.

Very cool. I like lizards, they're one of few things I don't run from out here in the wilderness.

We used to have a monitor lizard living in our garden, when we had a house at the edge of a jungle! I can almost see this lizard running up the bark!

What a cool lizard albeit a metal one.
lizards are a delight
when we lived in morocco we had all sorts of cool little ones which skittered up all the walls and hid on the roof!

That lizard is a beautiful piece of artwork! Love the curved shapes within it and the tree trunk displays it beautifully!

Great photo!

Your lizard is lovely. His tail is my favorite part.

Great job on the camper remodel. We have two which are supposed to be consolidated down to one - who know when. I've been at a loss as to where to begin inside. Your photos are helping the wheels to turn inside my head! Thank you.

Love every thing about this photo, the lizard, his slender shadow, and the highly texterized bark. Wonderful photo.

A gorgeous rework, Mark is a talented guy!

Your photo is amazing too, I love the background just peeking through and the shadow capture is really nicely done. Do you ever consider making prints of your photos?

So glad he hammered it out - it always is facinating to watch metal being bent and shaped!
