Chaos

This is what happens to my office during the holidays...

utter chaos!

I spent most of the day organizing...and playing with Trux!

(dog toy found here)

Is this a cute dog, or what?

"The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too."

Holy moly. I don't feel so bad about my office now.

Yes, Trux is a cutie. Are those freckles?

Yeah...it's bad when you can no longer walk through the room! All better now!

Yep, Trux has freckles on his nose!

He is a very cute dog! Does he do filing?

Okay. Whew. I am very relieved to know that you are a normal human. I guess it was those photo shoot pics of your house that had me fooled! ;^)

Love that pic of Mark on your sidebar. He's a handsome guy!

And yes, that is THE cutest dog!!!

Oh I can so relate to your pain & your goal. That is what my entire house ended up looking like this past holiday season. I am also busy working to get it to a more realistic level now, one where I can see floor again lol.

Indeed, that is one cute dog :)

I LOVE that last photo. What a wonderful portrait of your pet! Aren't dogs special?! And cheaper to own than horses.... ; )

Hey that's not fair...you can still see the floor :D

Trux...I'm in {luv}

What a great dog to distract you! I'm in the midst of a great clean up myself.

I'm still laughing I want you to know!!! That is just the funniest picture, as mine looks exactly the same. I was looking for a pair of earrings that I had just made the other day, cause I wanted to wear them...looked for two days for them in the 'heap'(my desk)...well I finally found one of them, but the other was still missing. Well I got to thinking, I am always fumbling around the table in the wee DARK hours of the morning and I have a waste can that sits right under the table...well we all know where this is going...

Think I'll go play chase the ball with you know who...Scratchy say she luvs Trux 'freckles'...LOL...

You have inspired me to de-clutter! :0)

Trust me, we don't live in the uber clean house the photo shoot reflects. Major clean-up took place prior to shooting!

I think playing with Trux is more important than anything else.
Yes he is, indeed, a cool dog.

Word verification: aptne

the blogosphere thinks what you are doing is APT

perhaps it's a new noun for 'things that are suitable'?
a little Latinate?

Wouldn't take that one now: repaper
is that an instruction?

Yours only looks like that over the holidays, huh? :) Mine looks like that EVERY day, and Dave's looks worse! LOL When I'm glazing pendants, my dining room table looks the same :)

Thanks for sharing your work space pictures... I don't feel so alone anymore!

And Trux is not only a cutie, but a real true beauty! His little "tire swing" toy is adorable, too!

Yup, Trux is right up there on the list of cutest in the universe! I am so glad that you posted photos of your creative mess- I feel so - normal- now. Thank you for that!
Mine is an exagerated version of yours...

Trux looks a lot like the dog I had. Boy, I sure miss her.

I had to keep mine clean this holiday season- it is spillover guest space and was being used. Which also means my craft time had to be negotiated with the company.

And, yes, your dog is cute!

My workspace is my junk drawer! I *really* need to clean it, I just let it go too long and now I'm afraid of it! :)

*Waves at Trux*

I've still got my blinders on so that "I see no clutter in my office." And, how's that working for me...it's not!

Happy New Year and much success!

Less is more! I've got to remember that...I have the same clutter problem...recuring...though not just after Christmas! The pics didn't show so I'll come back later.

And there I was thinking that my office looked like a tip :-). Good luck with the tidying up. Mind you in my previous job I had a reputation for having the messiest desk in the office.

Greetings from London.

I tell you, I can't seem to get my act together..At least you are having a good time with the dog..He is so darn cute.

Dude...I KNOW! Except, I have the problem of having my office look like that ALL the time lately! I just can't keep it organized...such a simple concept--put something away where you got it when you're done using it! Perhaps a new year's resolution is in order for both of us!

I'm still scared to spend more than 5 minutes in my work room - the mess is overwhelming! At least I finally organized most of my craft show display stuff...

Trux is a cutie - I like her smile in the last photo :)

Don't mention this to Cammie, but that Trux is QUITE the cutie!
That picture with the toy at the last of your post is AMAZING... you MIGHT be meant for National Geographic, Domestic Animal Division....

TRUX!!!! He is so wonderful. And I think my studio looked worse, about a week ago. Yikes!

I'm so glad to see this pic of yr office - now I can invite you over! And looking at the other comments - I'm so glad that I'm normal too!

Aaaargh! I keep leaving comments on your blog and they keep disappearing. Your blog hates me!

Take 2: It makes me very happy to see the state of your office as I now know that you are a regular little messy piglet ;D Not the super dooper tidy type I imagined you to be.

Trux is so cute!

I took a photo of just a small portion of my post-Christmas bombsite and could only share it with a handful of friends. Trust me, your room looks like a minimalist display home compared to the horror I faced the other day.
Some days, I wish I sold PDF tutorials or something...

What!! You have a border collie! This is excellent.

Lovely blog you have here. Thanks for stopping by mine. I am remiss in getting out and about, so please forgive me.
