rain is the sky condescending to the earth;
without rain, there would be no life.”

I love a rainy day! Nice to hear from you again, Charmaine. When you went silent for a few days, I figured you were in total Italian language mode in prep for you trip!

It looks like it's raining and the sun is out at the same time! I love that.. much nicer than grey skies. I still love a thunderstorm now and then though!

Thankfully today we are not "graced" with rain. It's been a couple days of gray and cold. Today is the reward for being patient. Turned green overnight.

Sometimes in England there is a little too much 'grace"...
my sister in law bought a lovely figurine from the American SW where he is meant to bring joy fertility... and rain.....
I asked her if his spirit was working in Guildford just south of London.

Keeping Oregon green! Love the picture and how cozy you must be inside that pretty place.

Beautiful! I'd like some rain right about now...the best writing weather.

I love the droplets on your lens, they give the photo nice texture.
