What part of the Coast ? I'm thinking it looks like the Lincoln City area ... I'm from WA and we get to the Cannon Beach area oft and on. Congrats on the Beach Anniversary !!!
I gasped when I saw the house - it looks just like ours! In fact, ours is only a few doors down, just across 32nd. A funky little neighborhood but a stones throw from the water! Can't beat that!
So you are so lucky you got the nice weather. I'm hoping it holds out for my visit next week :)
