My internet appears to be working again, so for now, I'm happy. I'll have other reasons as the day goes on, I"m sure... including two little stinkers who make a mess of my house.
Today in the morning, I was walking to come to work and had my earphones on with my CD player churning out a compilation I made recently of tunes composed by or performed by women. Whilst the rain was coming down hard on my brollie I was listening to Alice Coltrane and I smiled. Life is beautiful. I loved that image. It took me a couple of seconds to 'get' it, but once I did, it brought a smile to my face.
What's making me smile today? Family - exuberant teens - cooking - blog friends - the thought of a nap at some point. I'm an easy woman. The simple things make it good. :) Thanks for asking and making me think.
For sure, seeing your pics of Italy make me smile! The sun was out today and after it being cold for a couple of days, that sure makes me smile. Hope yours was terrific!
