I'm enamored with these shots from Hey Harriet
From Tracy's item description:
These photos were shot using the TtV (Through the Viewfinder) method. TtV is defined as “taking a picture of any subject through the viewfinder of any camera with another camera”. In this case, my Canon digital and an old twin lens reflex Argus 75. The process results in a square formatted photo with the characteristic black border and little unique details like specks, blurry edges and other inconsistencies that contributes to a soft image with a vintage aesthetic.
And I'm pleased to say,
two of these images are displayed in my home.
Thanks for the art, Tracy.

How cool is that, I had no clue, wonder if I can figure it out...hmmm...I always did like the shot of the seagulls.
"Dang nabbit"...you crack me up!!!
They do have a great, totally unique look. I wonder if she uses a tripod for one, as it seems difficult to juggle two cameras at once...
Amazing!
ha ha! i love the seagulls photo :D
i think i'll try this myself!
amazing photos! love it!
Very nice. Your photo`s are the best!
I love these! Learn something new every day, I do.
Isn't our Miss T a great photographer...love her Ttv to the max :P
Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Charmaine! How lovely it is to find my pics featured on your awesome blog. You rock! xo
In response to 'Golden West' - no I don't use a tripod. Part of the appeal of shooting TtV style is the fun & crazy camera juggling act ;D
these are wonderful...i love the process..i didn't know you could do that...
I love Tracy's TtV photos, too! They are as wonderful as she is, and I happily own one as well. How she gets such great shots boggles my mind... I have tried TtV and mine look pretty bad! I wish I lived closer to her so I could see her in action with those cameras. (Plus she seems like she would be so much fun to just hang out with!)
Beautiful images indeed. For some reasons I love the one with the Buddha the most. Many thanks.
Greetings from London.
Love TTV, these shots always fascinated me because they look like something old timey and I love that style photo. Great picks, nice selections for your home. Especially Buddah, jolly old dude :-)
