We had a room overlooking the Duomo, and ate at a restaurant called "Dante's" opposite the cathedral. There we ate arugula salad made with fresh parmeggiano reggiano, lemon juice, olive oil and big hunks of avocado, which they had to raid from another local restaurant because they'd run out of them. I know you don't like arugula, but the Italian version is superbly tart. HEAVEN! Grazie per i fotografie... Ciao,
