My fondest memories are of going to the library every Saturday with my mother. The children's section was downstairs. They had tiny stools for us tots to sit on while we perused the shelves. I can still feel the load of books I carried away each week as they pressed on my heart, stopping it with each new adventure, turn of phrase or dream-induced fantasy. Hallejuah for BOOKS!

I have so many happy memories of going to the library both as a child and with my own children. What magic they hold!
