Chantele, Charmaine, Cherise, Cherelle - The Four Cs
“We are sisters. We will always be sisters. Our differences may never go away, but neither, for me, will our song.”
- Elizabeth Fishel
One of my favorite photos of my sisters, circa 1974. (I'm the hottie in the red bikini) This was taken in the front yard of the house where we grew up, in the oak tree we referred to as second base. There were three oak trees in the yard, which (due to placement) worked particularly well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd base. Home base was a laurel hedge. With all the ball games we played in that yard, somehow we managed to never break a car window...an amazing feat considering the driveway was directly behind 2nd base.
Hello sistahs! (34 years later...)
Miss you...
