Charmed

We went on a cruise to Mexico for our 15th wedding anniversary. I wanted a little token as a remembrance for our trip so we decided on a fish charm for the charm bracelet I'd always wanted. I added a couple earrings who had long ago lost their partner, and received quite a few charms as gifts over the next couple years, my favorite being the little vintage camp trailer.

This year for our 17th anniversary, Mark got me a bezel set sea glass charm from Accent Yourself. Barb was kind enough to attach all the loose charms I had as well.
This is the picture Barb sent right before she attached the sea glass....I can't wait to get it!

Oh my god how strange! I was thinking of doing an entry on my charm bracelet too! I don't wear much jewellery but really treasure my charm bracelet which I'm always looking for things to add to it. One of my favourites is a little vial which my boyfriend got me that had a grain of rice inside with water and our names on it, really tiny!!

I love charm bracelets. I wear them all the time. Especially love it when one of the charms gets stuck in between the keys on my keyboard!

What a beautiful charm bracelet! I hadn't thought about mine in years until seeing this photo. I guess mine would be considered vintage now! LOL 1974 really doesn't seem that long ago :)

Charm bracelets are so unique....everyone is happy to talk about the individual charms....

Every so often some fashion guru declares the charm bracelet 'back in fashion', which is funny because they never go out of fashion....they are so stylish and every woman makes hers so individual in style.

I keep running across you in many of the blogs I visit, so I thought I would come over and have a look at your blog...I think I did so a while ago too...looks vaguely familiar...

Your blog is lovely!

Regards,
Lavinia
