Sisters

"Sisters annoy, interfere, criticize. Indulge in monumental sulks, in huffs, in snide remarks. Borrow. Break. Monopolize the bathroom. Are always underfoot. But if catastrophe should strike, sisters are there. Defending you against all comers."

~ Pam Brown

thats a great family shot. I wish I could say I have pictures of me with my brothers, but the last family picture was 1983, Olan Mills with the library background.

I don't have a sister. I'm sure my life would be different if I had. How nice to see you altogether.

You must be really proud of your family when you look at how you and your sisters have risen to all of what life has had instore for you; good and not so happy. How beautiful you all are, and how sweet that you are there together; not always physically but always in thought, in heart, in spirit.... where it counts! Yep, "Sisterhood is powerful"....

Dearest C, you are so lucky. I only have a younger brother whom I bickered and fought throughout our growing years. All of you have very unique names. Happy weekend :D

Beautiful photos! I wish I had a sister. I have a brother & I love him heaps but having a sister would be great also. I think the bond between sisters is different. Not better, or worse, but simply different. In a good way.

Fabulous photos. Our family have no photos of any of us when we were young due to a flood damaging all of them. Precious memories!

Love the sister shots of then and now! Four girls! No brothers? We had three girls in my family. But now there are just two of us, and my Mom says she wishes she had had more children. Sisters rock.
