Blogging

One of my favorite aspects of blogging is the (virtual) connection with other creative souls.

Pampering Beki is hosting an ornament exchange...a good way to connect. I immediately signed up for this! If you'd like more info, see here. The logo caught my eye, I made a comment and a couple hours later I received a comment from Cathe Holden, the graphic designer/blogger who created this piece of art.

So, of course, I popped over to her blog....which is one of my new faves! One of her creative pieces that caught my eye was this accordion frame made with glass tiles. I hadn't seen anything like it, so I asked if I could post it on my blog....

because I sell glass tiles in my supply shop! (Blatant self-promotion)

My friend Karen, from A'Musements, made me this necklace for my birthday. Another fun use of glass tile not to mention vintage buttons, beads and ephemera. Don't you just love Flossie?

Are those glass tiles big? With the big ones, someone made a beautiful Christmas decoration..drilled a hole in the side and put in Christmas lights and wrapped it in a big bow..
It was beautiful..Love the necklace..

You forgot to tell everyone that the reason you have Flossie is because you ARE Flossie! (And naughty...)
