Progress with rocks
The beds are now edged with small lava rock...
hopefully, this will keep the gravel in place.

How exciting...it's always lovely to see work in progress..and where are those flowers? Are you worried the bunnies will chomp them away...
Looking beautiful..
I hope all the ancient lava beds are inactive...ha...what a fun project and the look is wonderful. The job of beautifying one's space never ends, but the joy it brings is magical, you become part of your little piece of paradise.
I don't know about you, but my mind's eye knows every inch of my space and every blade of grass in my little world...
I do love to see other people working!
M. Kate-still a bit early in the season here to be planting anything. Temps are still dropping down below freezing. Maybe in May sometime....
It is taking shape beautifully! I love how the rocks define the walkway and circle the little tree - once the green sets in, all your hard work will be rewarded.
It will work beautifully - love your rocks. Happy Easter, xv.
Well, it's coming along nicely, I can see :-)! Many thanks.
Greetings from London.
Coming along very nicely!
I love the dirt and rocks quote! You are making nice progress--it's always great to use materials right at hand.
Yay for you! Nice progress. Thanks for keeping us updated. :)
I Love central Oregon it is so pretty! Your landscaping pictures remind the feeling of the whole area.
(Hi from Eugene, OR)
Oh it's going to look gorgeous when things start filling in, Yay!!
♥
It's looking good!
Love your rocks, my rocks, pretty much all rocks. Always seem to have a rock in pocket of what ever I'm wearing. My grands have picked up the habit of packing a few special rocks in their pockets as well, much to the chagrin of their parents, and their washing mashines.
Love the path and the volcanic rock..I need to take some pix of my garden...glad spring is trying to arrive here!
looking good!
