No view compares to the view of the wild and wooly West...aye! If you've never seen it, you don't know what you've missed...raw beauty, thanks for the view.
I'm sorry, a little, to tell you that you've been tagged to tell "six random things". Come over to my blog and see what tangobaby made me tell. You remember, "Mom, she made me do it".
We had a fair bit of snow a few weeks ago, and then here in NE yesterday, it was about 60 degrees. (Sixty degrees in DEC? wicked strange)
It's getting cold again. In a few weeks I'll be heading to Colorado. I'm sure there'll be about 200 feet of snow there. I look forward to it. C'mon snow ... bring it!!
Great pictures..You know, there is so much beauty on this earth..and so many times I miss it..Since my camera has become my friend, seeing things I never saw before and seeing shadows all over the place..Happy SSS.. Have a great New Year too..

Oooh! I love coming here and looking at your photos!
Are these mountain rock photos taken by you? What a beautiful dramatic feel they have. In the last one it seems as if the tree is being corralled in!

gorgeous scenery ! of course in my imagination, there's a lonesome cowboy sitting on his horse on the right of the picture
:-)
Beautiful photos. Are they from your house again? If so, I'll be moving in soon.
Smith Rock is a state park about 10 miles from our house. It boasts the 2nd hardest rock climb in the world.
Yep...photos by me!
Beautiful photos. Thank you.
Amazing and beautiful! So unlike any terrain that we have in these parts.

Really beautiful shadows. Nature does always present the best subjects so far as I'm concerned.
Love these snowy shadow shots. Amazing beauty surrounds you! Nothing like that where I live.

Beautiful scenery. Hope you have a Happy New Year!
Although I'm sure you're pretty sick of it by now, in photos the snow is really a pretty addition to an already beautiful scene. Lovely shots!
